1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the AgenticLens platform at agenticlens.io, including the website, dashboard, API, and all related services. By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or using the free AI visibility scan, you agree to these terms. If you are using AgenticLens on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Description of service

AgenticLens is an AI visibility platform that analyzes how AI agents such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Mode, and Microsoft Copilot perceive and recommend businesses. The platform provides AI visibility scanning, scoring, recommendation testing, ongoing monitoring, competitor intelligence, and actionable recommendations to improve AI discoverability.

The free scan provides a one-time AI visibility audit for any publicly accessible website without requiring an account. Paid subscriptions provide ongoing monitoring, detailed recommendations, competitor tracking, and additional features as described on the pricing page.

3. Accounts and registration

To access paid features, you must create an account using a valid email address or Google sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@agenticlens.io if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

4. Subscription plans and billing

AgenticLens offers three subscription tiers: Starter, Growth, and Agency. Plan details, pricing, and included features are described on the pricing page at agenticlens.io. Pricing is in US dollars.

All subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan selected. Payment is processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the start of each billing period.

The Agency plan includes a base number of sites with additional sites available at a per-site monthly rate. Adding or removing sites adjusts your subscription amount with prorated charges or credits applied to your next invoice.

Prices are subject to change with 30 days written notice to active subscribers. Any price changes take effect at the start of the next billing period following the notice.

5. Free scan

The free AI visibility scan is available to anyone without creating an account. Free scans are rate-limited to prevent abuse. Free scan results are stored temporarily and may expire. We do not guarantee the availability or accuracy of free scan results.

The free scan provides a limited view of your AI visibility. Detailed recommendations, fix instructions, competitor data, and ongoing monitoring require a paid subscription.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing page in your dashboard or by contacting support@agenticlens.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to all paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.

We do not provide refunds for unused portions of a billing period, including annual subscriptions canceled mid-term. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

If you cancel and later resubscribe, your historical data and previous scan results will be available in your dashboard, but monitoring will need to be reactivated.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use AgenticLens to scan websites you do not own or have authorization to analyze, except for the free public scan which analyzes publicly accessible information only.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, usage quotas, or plan restrictions through automated means, multiple accounts, or any other method.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the AgenticLens platform.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute AgenticLens data, reports, or recommendations without prior written consent, except for agency plan users sharing white-label reports with their own clients.
• Use AgenticLens to conduct competitive intelligence against AgenticLens itself or to build a competing product.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform, servers, or networks connected to AgenticLens.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the platform outside of any officially provided API.

8. Data and privacy

Your use of AgenticLens is also governed by our Privacy Policy at agenticlens.io/privacy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

AgenticLens scans publicly accessible websites. We do not access password-protected pages, private content, or any data that is not publicly available on the internet.

Scan results, recommendations, and monitoring data associated with your account are stored securely and accessible only to you, except where you explicitly share reports through white-label or export features.

9. Intellectual property

AgenticLens and all related trademarks, logos, code, algorithms, scoring models, and content are the property of AgenticLens. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for its intended purpose during your active subscription.

You retain ownership of your business data and any content you provide to the platform. AgenticLens claims no ownership over your website content, business information, or scan results.

Agency plan users may use white-label reports with their own branding for client presentations. This does not transfer ownership of the underlying AgenticLens technology or methodology.

10. AI analysis disclaimer

AgenticLens uses artificial intelligence to analyze websites and test AI agent recommendations. AI analysis is probabilistic and may contain inaccuracies. Results should be considered guidance, not guarantees.

We do not guarantee that implementing our recommendations will result in your business being recommended by any specific AI agent. AI agent behavior is controlled by third parties including OpenAI, Google, Microsoft, and Perplexity. We have no control over their recommendation algorithms, data sources, or decision-making processes.

AI visibility scores, recommendation results, and competitor data represent a point-in-time snapshot and may vary between checks due to the non-deterministic nature of AI systems.

The queries used to test AI recommendations are generated by our system based on analysis of your business. While we strive for accuracy, these queries may not represent every possible customer search pattern.

11. Service availability and modifications

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, third-party service outages (including AI provider APIs), and unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary disruptions.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the platform at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes to active subscribers. New features may be added to existing plans or offered as separate add-ons at our discretion.

12. Third-party services

AgenticLens integrates with third-party services including OpenAI, Stripe, Firebase, and others. Your use of these services through AgenticLens is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.

Changes to third-party AI platforms may affect the functionality or accuracy of AgenticLens features. We will make reasonable efforts to adapt to such changes but cannot guarantee uninterrupted compatibility.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgenticLens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of AgenticLens shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

AgenticLens is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AgenticLens harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, your violation of any third-party rights, or any content or data you provide to the platform.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to AgenticLens immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these terms, engage in abusive or fraudulent activity, or fail to pay subscription fees after reasonable notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases. We may retain your data for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes, after which it will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of AgenticLens shall be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates the most recent revision. Significant changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
